Shipping Methods

Order Preparation If the product you are interested in is immediately available, the time required to prepare and ship your order is 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday - excluding weekends and official holidays). During periods of high demand or staff shortages (Christmas - Easter holidays, Summer vacation period), there might be slight delays.

Orders placed by 14:00 are dispatched by our company on the same day.

Order Shipment Our online store's products are shipped with ELTA Courier throughout Greece.

The basic shipping cost for delivery across Greece is €2.90 for orders up to 2 kg. For each additional kilogram and for orders up to 20 kg, the basic shipping cost increases by €1.00/kg.

Delivery time is 1 day for mainland Greece and 2 days for Epirus, Peloponnese, and island regions.

The final shipping cost of each order depends on the weight of the ordered products and is calculated during the checkout process.

The above-mentioned shipping prices are final, including VAT.
